He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hill and Rena M. Brown Hill Scarbrough (Brown); his son Thomas "TJ" Hill; and his siblings, Jessie Hill, Clyde Hill, Floyd Scarbrough, Jessie Scarbrough, Willie M. Emory, Dorothy Pamiron, Mavis White, Estella Scarbrough and Cora Simmons.
He is survived by: his children, Carmen Freeman (Bobby) of Milton, Leroy Hill, Jr. of Milton, Rena Smith (Willie) of Milton, Rev. Lee of Milton, Karen Hill of Milton, Nelson Hill (Kimberly) of Milton, Windell Hill of Houston, Darren Hill (Carla) of Houston, Eric Jones of Mississippi, Steve Hill of Pensacola, Jermichael Hill of Pensacola, Shanicka Hill of Pensacola and Albert Hill of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his grandchildren, Terrence Kennedy, Urcila Kennedy, Tawana Hill, Windell Hill, Jr., Franchesca Hill, Jadarius Hill, Daniel Hill, Makayla Hill, Aaliyah Hill, Makayla Longsdon, Devante Hill, Amelia Hill, Khloe Hill and Kameron Hill; his sisters, Beulah Shade of Gulfport, Lottie Griffin of Texas and Mary Katherine Lewis of Wiggins, Mississippi; his close friend Dorothy Kelley; and his nieces, Ella Williams and Belinda Burton. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, loving nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
