He was predeceased by: his father Rolland "Doyle" Perkey. He is survived by: his mother Patricia "Ann" Swinehart Perkey of Bryan, OH; his close friend Leonila Kulikowski; his sisters, Julie Kohout (Joe) of Napoleon and Karen Perkey (Chris Bramlage) of Lighthouse Point, Florida; his nieces, Erica Godsey (Anthony), Stephanie Dreyer (Mark) and Allison Hernandez (Juan); and his nephew Ryan Kohout. He is also survived by 6 grand-nieces and nephews.
