He is survived by: his wife Peggy Annette Bray Willey; his son Marvin Rogers Willey, Jr.; his granddaughter Audrey Bray Willey; his stepgrandchildren, Meagan Hankins, Aaryn Hankins and Alec Hankins; and his siblings, Margaret Rose "Dale" Willey Sloan (Chuck) and John R. Willey, Jr. (Cindy).
