It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Catherine Wells (Milton, Florida), who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Macon Harvell and Jeanette Harvell (McLean); her husband Martin Wells; her son-in-law Kenne Gatlin; and her siblings, James Macon Harvell, Jr., Duncan "Bud" Harvell, Louise Barnard, Margaret Bailey and Florence Caine.

She is survived by: her children, Veritha Gatlin, Mark Wells (Belinda) and Renee Ratliff (Everett); her grandsons, Wesley Wells (Tina) and Pete Ratliff (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Gavin Henry Wells, Luke Hardy Wells and Everett Ratliff, IV; her sister Judy Wells; and her friend Frankie Kennedy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
