He was predeceased by: his parents, Maureen Kurtzke and Robert Kurtzke; his brother-in-law Billy Parker; and his sister Maureen Parker. He is survived by: his significant other Shelby Kurtzke; and his children, Holly Hancock, Michael A Kurtzke, Katherine Kurtzke and Sarah Mundt. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
