She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bell and Mary Louise Johnson Bell; and her siblings, Vinson Bell, Quentina Bell, Patricia Bell and Phyllis Bell Burns.

She is survived by: her children, Victor Suero, Stephanie Suero and Jennifer Suero; her grandchildren, Christian, Omari, Sarriah, Nydia, Nizell, Julian and Noah; and her siblings, Fritz Bell (Quincy), Cedric Bell (Joyce), Clarence "Eric" Bell (Sandy), Sherri Bell and Brenda Bell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
