She is survived by: her husband John Tolbert; her daughter Jennifer Tolbert; her grandchildren, Jonathan Anderson, Avri Anderson and Cade Spears; her siblings, Laura Williams, Gary Williams (Lisa), Gregg Williams (Teresa), David Williams (Tina) and Kevin Williams (Lyn); and her sister-in-law Sally Wales (Calvin). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
