In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Richard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Andros Bigner and Elmer Lee Bigner; and his brother Bobby Bigner. He is survived by: his significant other Jackie Jimmerson; his brother Eddie Bigner (Saeng); his sibling-in-law Jackie Bigner; and his nephews, Charles Bigner (Kelly) and Steven Bigner (Missy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
