He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvey "Bud" Guel Davis and Alice Rebecca Hester Davis; and his brothers, Joseph Michael Davis and Elvey "Budgy" Guel Davis, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Tifffany Davis of Molino, FL and Rebecca "Becky" Beeman (Scott) of Pace, FL; his sister Robbin Scrivner (Don) of Northport, AL; his half-brother Ryan Davis (Priscilla) of Milton, FL; and his grandchildren, Brian "Austin" Beeman, Ashton Scott Beeman, Robert "Thomas" Fretwell, Jr. and Isabella "Bella" Lynn Grant. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family requests memorial donations may be made in Ricky's name to the American Lung Association at . Keep Richard's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
