He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenio Cruz and Simplicia Cruz; and his sisters, Lilia and Maria Tessie Cruz. He is survived by: his wife Belen Cruz; his children, Maribel Morgan-Franklin (Mark), Rodolfo (Shannon), Rudolf John Cruz (Kelly) and Robel Lynn Cruz (Kevin); his grandchildren, Edward, Brandon of Andrew, RJ, Adam, Ethan, Thomas, Rachael, Holly, Kaitlyn and Brooke; and his great grandchild Spencer.
