He was predeceased by: his parents, John Calvin Phillips and Dorlie Belle Phillips (Sellers). He is survived by: his children, Dawn Phillips, Erica Moyer (Phillips) and Brian Phillips (Kristen Phillips); his wife Naomi A. Phillips (Sharon); his grandchildren, Samantha Griffith (Gage Whiddon), Duncan Griffith and Jesse Clark; his great grandchildren, Adan Griffith and Hazly Griffith; his sister Arlene Holland; and his half-brothers, Randy Cabaniss (Debbie) and Dale Cabaniss (Maylyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
