He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Downs; and his siblings, Debbie, Billy and Wayne Downs. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Downs; his mother Pat Downs; his brothers, Bob Downs (Linda) and Rick Downs; his children, Joleen and Johnny; his grandchildren, Ashlee, John, Bradley, Regan and Reanna; and his great grandchildren, Cary Anne, Maverick, Theron, Averie and JoJo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel (6405 US-90, Milton, FL 32570). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
