She is survived by: her mother Alma Simmons; her husband William Smith (Carl); her sons, William "Will" Carl Smith II and Christopher Loyce Smith; her grandchildren, Caden, Kaelee and Elliott Smith; and her siblings, Donna Capps, Debra Archer, Darlene Howard, Glen, David, Michael and Martha Simmons.
