He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas B. Scott, Sr. and Louise Miller Scott of Columbia, SC.. He is survived by: his wife Ann J. Scott of Milton; his children, Thomas H. "Tommy" Scott of Ft. Walton Beach, Lyle Burkett (DeAnna) of Milton and Lindsey Welch (Corry) of Milton; and his granddaughters, Adyson and Aubree Welch. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
