He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Pugh (Ryan); his brothers, Roger Pugh, Tim Pugh (Marsha) and Gary Pugh (Amanda); his grandchildren, Ethan Pugh (Taylor), Anna Pugh, Jaylie Haynes and Eli Haynes; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Lucas, Magnolia and Vash. He is also survived by 16 nieces & nephews.
