The last time I talked to her I had asked her the results of her PET scan and she told me her cancer was back. I gave her a hug told her how sorry I was. She looked at me and smiled and said it’s OK. What a remarkable mom you had smiling until the very end. You will be in my prayers. May God comfort y’all during this difficult time. She was so proud of y’all, your wives and her grandchildren.”
