He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Penton and Mary Lee Penton. He is survived by: his son Greg Penton; and his brothers, Gerald Penton and Earl Penton. He is also survived by three granddaughters; seven great grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other family members and friends.
