He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Griffin and Bessie Griffin; his former wife Mary Geraldyne Watson Griffin; his siblings, Billy Joe, Jerry, Steve and Betty McNeil; and his granddaughter Karli Rudd.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Farnam; his children, Daniel Martin Griffin, Jr. (Ann), Suzan Terry (Brian) and Laurie Griffin; his stepdaughters, Kimberly and Kelly Farnam (Johnny); his siblings, Thomas Griffin (Peggy), Carolyn Wilson, Linda Ham, Sarah Locke (Roland), Janice Triplett and Dwaine Griffin (Becky); his grandchildren, Danny Griffin (Tasha), Brian Terry Jr., Daniel Rudd, Kristin Welborn (Scott), Kate Griffin, Allison Griffin and Kennedy Farnam; and his great grandchildren, John Michael Griffin, Blakely Welborn, Joshua Griffin and Luke Welborn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a multitude of loving friends.
