He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora "Sis" Aber and Francis L. Hall, Sr. (Cora Aber); his stepfather Richard Aber Sr.; and his siblings, Millard "Buddy" Hall, Marion Mills and Richard Aber, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sally Gallondorn Hall; his children, Jeffrey Hall (Carolyn) and Jennifer DiNapoli (John S.); his siblings, Linda Arnold (Richard) and Ora "Red" Hall; his grandchildren, Matthew DiNapoli, Monica Brooks (Cody), Nicholas DiNapoli and Andrew Hall; and his great grandchildren, Clayton DiNapoli and Hayden Brooks.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Legion Post #1 at 1281 N US Highway 1, Titusville, FL, 32796-2118.
