He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Burrowes and Olivia Burrowes; his siblings, Esther Burrowes, Grace Horton and Randolph Burrowes; and his son-in-law Jonathan Iorga.

He is survived by : his wife Grace Weithers; his children, Nicole Burrowes, Natasha Burrowes-Iorga and Jamaal Burrowes; his siblings, Marguerite Sharpe, Rose and Jean Burrowes; his close friends, Emanuel "Viv" and Pam John; and also, Kempest McEachirn and Tyler Burrowes. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace & Truth Bible Chapel (210 Bell Ave, Brooksville, FL 34601). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Florida Hills Memorial Garden (14360 Spring Hill Dr, Brooksville, FL 34609). A committal service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Florida Hills Memorial Gardens (14360 Spring Hill Dr, Brooksville, FL 34609).
