Butch leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Butch’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Butch will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Markovitz Brown; his daughters, Dawn Tripp and Sandy Claus; his grandson David Lee Tripp; and his great grandchildren, Elaina Banks, Isabelle Banks, Delilah Tripp and Skyler Tripp.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alexandra P. David Multi-Service Complex (6700 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33023).
