He was predeceased by: his father Willis Wayne Holden. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Holden; his mother Elizabeth Holden; his brother Mike Holden; his nephew Chevas Holden; his stepchildren, Kris Meyer (Jennifer) and Randi Bullinger (Ashton); and his grandchildren, Reagan Maxwell, Tessa Meyer, Taylor Meyer, Kolton Meyer and Connor Bullinger. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
