She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph MacKenzie, Jr.; her parents, Alvah Perry and Effie Perry (Curtis); her son Richard; and her siblings, Baine Perry, Sherwood Perry, Mavis Morgan and Helen McNally.

She is survived by: her children, Jaimie (Bernard Weinberg), Melinda MacKenzie and Lawrence (Kathryn MacKenzie); her grandchildren, Matthew (Sarah Weinberg), Alexander (Shawna Weinberg), Lawrence Scott (Samantha MacKenzie) and Lindsay MacKenzie (Rich); and her great grandchildren, Sienna, Selby, Victoria, Addison, Archer, Parker, Greyson and Ethan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
