As Betty Jane departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Betty Jane. Though Betty Jane may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson and Frances Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Roy Powell; her children, Bob Powell (Dian) of Tuscaloosa, Fay Powell (Rick) of Molino and Betty Lou Horton (Phil) of Oroville, California; and her brother Robert Johnson (Doris) of Roseville, Michigan. She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
