He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelbert Berry and Stella Berry; and his siblings, Joe, Wayne and Ann Crowell.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Juanita "Nita" Berry (Hill); his children, Gary Lynn Berry (Terri) and Audrey Dickson (Tom); his granddaughter Holly Morgan (Christian); and his sisters, Sybil Shumack and Glenda Kirkland.
