He was predeceased by : his father Richard Melvin Dunivan. He is survived by : his wife Denise Dunivan of Monticello, FL; his daughters, Caitlyn Marie Dunivan-Smith (Levi) of San Antonio, TX and Celysse Marlee Dunivan of Davenport, FL; his mother Phyllis Dunivan of Bonifay, FL; his siblings, Diana Ochoa (Edward) of Rockville, MD, David Dunivan of Kokomo, IN and Donna Stubbs (Michael) of Vernon, FL; his parents-in-law, Maria Montalvo of New Braunfels, TX and Jesse Gutierrez (Carolyn Mann-Gutierrez) of Austin, TX; and his sisters-in-law, Elissa Resetar (David) of East Lime, CT and Dina Gutierrez of Austin, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
