It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mable Cooksey Boykin of Monticello, Florida, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Cooksey and Rossie Cooksey; her husband Maxwell Kenneth Boykin of Monticello; and her brothers, Benjamin Joel "BJ" Cooksey (Etta Maude), Douglas Lewis "Doug" Cooksey (Marian), Marven Earl "Earl" Cooksey and Clifford Alexander.
She is survived by : her children, Lynn Miller (Jim), Bryan Boykin (Nisa), David Boykin (Sharon) and Ronnie Boykin (Michelle). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
