He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Stella Osburn and George Lee Osburn of Texas; and his wife Martha Louise Osburn. He is survived by: his children, Pat Cichon (Ron) of Monticello, Florida, Robert Osburn (Iris) of Atlanta, Georgia, Jeffery Osburn (Stefanie) of Marco Island, Florida and Rebecca Fordham (Mike) of Watkinsville, Georgia.; and his family Bob. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home (110 W Hansell St, Thomasville, GA 31792).
