He is survived by: his wife Janie Mae Neely; his children, Kenyatta Steen (Lisa), Jonathan Steen, Dominic Neely and Evangelist Karena Meeks, Sr. (Minister Jervaris); and his siblings, Willie Lee Arnold (Michelle), Joseph Nealy (Betty), Earnest Nealy, Jr. (Latonya), Anna Grace Virgil, Thelma Jean Brooks and Patricia Nealy. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a multitude of other relatives and friends.
