She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Smith and Alma Smith; her spouse Ferrell; her siblings, Melba Carter, Gwynn Smith, Faye Sanders, Norma Birdwell, Jimmy Smith and Sidney Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Bill Carter, Archie Smith, Jimmy Sanders and Kelly Kilpatrick.
She is survived by: her sons, Lester (Teresa) and Rusty (Catherine); her grandchildren, Ricky, Scott (Amber), Logan, Riley, Landon and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Kaylee and Nora; her sister Jan Kilpatrick; and her siblings-in-law, Jearl Birdwell, Vivian Smith and Alice Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central North Florida Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Sandra Hamrick at alz.org.
