She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Collins (Doug); and her parents, Louis "Pete" Griffin and Mary Elizabeth "Billie" Griffin. She is survived by: her sons, Danny Collins and Clint Collins (Amber); her granddaughters, Peyton, Adelyn and Harper; her brothers, Wayne Griffin (Kathy) of Monticello and Ray Griffin (Susanne) of Madison; her close friend David Sculley of Thomas County, Georgia; and her caregivers, Teresa Wheeler Hamrick, Beth Hamilton Burch, Carrie Ervin Tellesfen, Andrea Vickers and Peggy Watkins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Thomasville Historical Society or to Big Bend Hospice.
