She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Bell and Rena Bell Walker; and her former husbands, Steven Mann Sr. and Lewis Scott. She is survived by: her husband Delma Ward; her children, Regina Smith (Ben) and Steven Mann Jr. (Teri); her stepchildren, Debbie Canaday (Jeff), Benny Scott (Nancy), Sheila Richards (Alan), Melanie Munns (Michael), Michelle Ward, Del Ward Jr. (Marlene) and Matthew Ward (Aaron); and her siblings, Lille Mae Kinsey and Joseph Bell. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
