He is survived by: his wife Annell Plummer of Mossy Head, Florida; his children, Richard D. Plummer (Lisa) of Sweet Springs, Damon E. Plummer of West Virginia and Shaylee M. Plummer of Mossy Head, Florida; and his grandchildren, Jason Mullineaux and Morgan Plummer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
