He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Henry Simon, Jr., Tanya Rose Mellen and Vincent Joseph Simon; his children, Stephen Louis, Theresa Lynn, Kevin Quinn and Wesley Neal; and his wife Irene Pamela Stockdale.
