He was predeceased by: his sisters, Dewaynna Lawhead and Amy Langley. He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Parsley of Mt. Dora, Florida and Phillip Donald Belcher of Alabama; and his siblings, Tonda Clyde of Leesburg, Florida, Larry Langley of Georgia and Tommy Langley of Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carl's memory to the Leesburg Humane Society, an organization reflecting his compassionate heart.
