Perentesis (George), George Michael Llewellyn (Zulema), Kenneth Llewellyn, Cecilia Lanuto, Daniel Llewellyn and Katherine Llewellyn; her grandchildren, Katina Velez, Jennifer Llewellyn, George Michael Llewellyn III, Timothy Llewellyn, Derek Lanuto, DJ Llewellyn, Gavin Llewellyn, Braeden Llewellyn, Dustin Llewellyn and Brandon Llewellyn; and her sister Jeanette Deckert. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
