She is survived by: her husband Mark Chafin of Mount Dora; her children, Mindy McCormack, Julye (Donald Phillips) of Kissimmee, FL and Mark Leslie McCormack; her nieces, Patricia Erline Edge and Lida Fay Wier; and her stepchildren, Peggy, David Budnick of Bend, OR, Nanci, Jim Nunes of Brentwood, CA., Randy and Julie Chafin of Roseville, CA.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
