He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Russell Locklear of Paisley, James Hill (Stephany) of Dallas, Jacob Hill of Mount Dora, Samantha DeBose of Mount Dora, Rebecca Hill of Eustis, Marquita Lestz (Alex) of Mount Dora, Victoria Morgan (JR) of Alachua, Jessica Lestz of Mount Dora and Corine Powell (Drew) of Groves, Texas.; and his siblings, Chris Hill of St. Augustine, David Bryant (Kim) of St. Augustine, Lee Gagnon of St. Augustine and Lyn McClellan (Rob) of Palatka, Florida.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
