He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tart and Margaret Penley Tart; and his brothers, Lamar Tart and Ronald Tart. He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Bass (Bradley); his grandchildren, Joshua Tart (Tonya), Austin Tart, Ashlyn Bass, Chelsea Keith (Matthew) and JC Toler (Gracie); his great grandchild Carson Keith of North Carolina; and his siblings, James Tart (Pam), Donald Tart (Debbie), Gary Tart and Wanda Jarrett (Gordon) of Florida.
