He is survived by: his parents, Henry Grey and Mary Grey of Cleveland, Ohio.; his children, Alexandra and Joshua; and his siblings, Valerie Poirier (Tom), Pat Crandall (Brian), Jim (Beth) and Mark (Aimee). He is also survived by nephews, aunts, and a large group of cousins.
Jeff was a dog lover, so the family suggests donations in his name be made to your local animal shelter in lieu of flowers.
