It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Barratt of Mount Dora, Florida, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Francis O'Melia and Mary Mooney O'Melia; and her children, Leigh R. Barratt, Jr., Sean Barratt and Meg Barratt-Patton. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
