He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Rathwell and Ellen M. Rathwell (Hyslop). He is survived by: his wife Carol Rathwell; his daughters, Teri Young, Christina Roehner, Tricia Gust, Tonya Willis, Tamara Russell, Carrie Lindsey and Marjorie Runda; and his sister Kay Rathwell. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
