He was predeceased by: his wife Lacy Maxwell Cassady; his parents, Jesse James Cassady, Sr. and Elvie Cassady (Effinger); and his sister Edith Fletcher. He is survived by: his son C. Dale Rank of Mulberry, Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Bobby, Jimmy, Diana and Janet. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
