He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Mathis, and Annie E. Mathis, Sr. (Howard); and his great-grandparent Jett Cribbs. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Mathis; his sons, Mark Mathis, Kevin Mathis (Casey), Cameron Mathis (Trish) and Justin Mathis (Sarina); his grandchildren, Christian, Kayla, Brittney, Kylor, Ty, Cameron Jr., Christin, Kenleigh and Justin Cribbs; and his sister Barbara Huston.
