He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Timmons and Ruth Clark; his son Russell Timmons Jr.; and his grandchildren, Joshua Timmons and Shannan Marsh.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell; and his children, Judy and David. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Whidden-McLean Funeral Home & Crematory (650 E Main St, Bartow, FL 33830).
