He is survived by: his wife Nancy Middleton; his sons, Albert Middleton IV (Sharon Middleton) and Wayne Middleton (Stacie Miller); his sister Jean Huber; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Middleton and Albert Middleton V..

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Naples Memorial Park (525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108). A reception will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Hodges Funeral Home (525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108).
