Kozak; his children, Marilyn Folster (Peter) of Naperville, IL, Paul A. Kozak (Susan) of Buffalo Grove, IL and Gail V. Lillis (Jimbo) of Buffalo Grove, IL.; and his grandchildren, Carlton Folster (Ruthie), Casimira Folster, Max, Nick, Jake Kozak, Katie Seaman (Rob), Sarah and Megan Lillis.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edna's Catholic Church (2525 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery.
