He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Horvath and Albert Horvath; his wife Ruth; and his grandson Thomas Lee Gentry. He is survived by: his children, Mary Anne McCaffrey, Joseph Horvath (Lori) and Dorothy Kreamer (Gary); his sister Barbara Walker (Bill); his grandsons, John McCaffrey, Timothy Gentry (Brittany), Joseph Horvath and Lance Horvath; and his great grandchildren, Johnny, Ben and Liam McCaffrey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
