He was predeceased by: his wife Frances A. Mann (Cloonan); his parents, Aniello Mann and Minnie Mann (Colantuoni); and his brother Tony Mann. He is survived by: his sisters, Lucille Briggs, Marie Obey, Emily (Arthur Babine) and Jean (Michael Shadoff); and his sister-in-law Barbara Mann of Lynn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
