She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Mulholland (Anne Quinn) and Ann; and her siblings, Richard Mulholland (Margaret Lydon) of West Roxbury, Massachusetts, Maureen Travers (Richard Travers) of West Roxbury, Margaret Mulholland of West Roxbury and Joan McGlone (Joseph McGlone) of Belfast.
She is survived by: her former husband John Stack; her children, John Stack of Naples, Florida, Jo-Ann Stack of Weymouth, Massachusetts and Sandra Handibode of Naples, Florida.; her grandson Brendan Stack of New Bedford; and her friends, Joan, Peggy and Rose. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, and great-grandnephews.
